Quick and Easy Registration
Obtain a prescription from your healthcare professional, either a doctor, pharmacist, psychologist, nurse, social worker, or psychiastrist, which indicates that you suffer from either from: mild to moderate depression, anxiety or you experience loneliness or isolation.
YOU ALREADY HAVE YOUR PRESCRIPTION IN HAND:
Enter your name and email, the name and telephone number of your healthcare professional, upload the photo of your prescription (optional) and tap 'ACCESS NOW'.
* Please note that your prescription will be required to access the sessions.
You will access the calendar of available virtual and in-person workshops.
Choose the session that suits you and press Book. Your 12 sessions will always take place on the same day, at the same place (on zoom, the same link) and at the same time, for 12 consecutive weeks.
A reminder email will be sent to you the day before each of your session.
VERY IMPORTANT. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you are expected to miss a session or if you wish to withdraw from the session or research study.

Conduct of virtual sessions
  • At the start of your first session, you will be welcomed by the Art Therapist, and he/she will briefly explain to you the mission of Art-Prescription and the course of the sessions. Also, he/she will walk you through the details of Zoom's features, such as the different display settings, how to mute and re-enable the microphone and how to use the chat features.
  • You will receive 30 minutes notice before the end of the session, with 15 minutes notice to share your artwork/materials/new ideas as you wish.
  • Sessions generally last between 1h30 and 2 hours in total.

  • replace any treatment provide by your health professional
  • replace any medication
